The Truth Behind America’s ‘Hate Crime Surge’
Remember how the mainstream media went into a ‘hate crime’ frenzy following Brexit? It reached a pitch of frenzied hysteria when the BBC infamously claimed that Arkadiusz Jozwik, a Polish man, had been ‘beaten to death’ in an alleged ‘hate crime’ only for it later to emerge nothing of the sort had happened, Mr Jozwilk was punched during a row in Harlow, Essex, and hit his head on the pavement as he fell.
This is the first thing you have to remember, so-called ‘hate crime’ is thought crime and therefore a political crime in the sense it is anything the establishment elite want it to be. So, bearing in mind our experience with Brexit, imagine my shock that all over papers yesterday was a ‘surge in hate crime’ in America in 2016. The Independent, blaming Donald Trump, of course, declared:
The number of hate crimes in America spiked last year for the first time after years of decline, according to new FBI data.
Meanwhile, back on planet earth, away from the fakery of Independent agenda we find out that;

The FBI has reported an increase in hate crimes in the US for a second consecutive year.
Please do tell me the one about ‘years of decline’ again. Even those publications that note that hate crime has risen for the second consecutive year try to blame the rise on Trump oblivious to the stupidity of their own position. Let me clarify something. President Obama was in the White House for all of 2015. He was also in office for 312 days out of the 365 days of 2016 if you count the period until the date of Mr. Trumps election victory but actually was in office for 365 out of 365 days of 2016 because Mr. Trump wasn’t sworn in until January 21st 2017. So, will somebody please, for the love of sanity really, explain logically how Mr. Trump can be held responsible for any of this??
However, even under Mr. Trump and true to form, establishment bodies continue to make ‘hate crime’ a number one priority:
In releasing the new report, the FBI said hate crimes remain the “number one investigative priority” of its Civil Rights Division.
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has also promised to make hate crimes a main focus of the Justice Department.
Apart from its sinister Orwellian undertones, ‘hate crime’, is a nonsense and actually makes a mockery of the law. It moves the law away from something that is objective and provable to being something that is subjective and purely existent in the head of the ‘victim’. I cannot imagine anything more potentially dangerous and deadly to the liberty of the individual than a group of laws such as this on the statute book and this is why UKIP must be strong in calling for all of them to be removed from our body of law immediately.
