EU TALKS: Deal Or No Deal Liveblog

Reece Coombes

As a 16-year-old member of UKIP with a cardboard Nigel Farage cut-out in his bedroom, Reece is hardly your bog-standard student, but he cherishes his independent thinking as his greatest strength. Reece is the founder and owner of Kipper Central, a UKIP community blog with thousands of daily hits and is also the Deputy Chairman of Young Independence, UKIP's youth wing, where he works hard to promote Brexit and radical thinking to young people across Britain.

Thank you Theresa for making UK/GB the laughing stock of Europe. Now your probably too stupid to understand what you have done, so I will gently take you through it, so that even a child can understand.
Seeking a special deal with the EU, is like negotiating with a brick wall. You will get nowhere due to their Treaties, and in fact you would probably do better talking to a brick wall. You let Party politics get in the way of good sense, by not handing over to Nigel Farage, who has spent years understanding what is possible and what is not within the EU, and what you have now is of your own making. A pigs breakfast !
They are bound by their Treaties, and through many hours of your talks with the EU, you have agreed to their demands, and received little in return. This will be repeated when a vast amount of money is given to them. YOU GET NOTHING !
You have now become so conditioned to agreeing their terms, that you would give them N.Ireland, the negotiations have become that sordid, that you are prepared to envisage breaking up the United Kingdom. You would have it that you have done nothing of the sort, but try to see this from a N.Ireland point of view. Dublin tried to be helpful, but naturally with a twist to their own benefit. If you had taken the time to think, you would have seen that !
You have become like a home owner that desperately needs an extension to your home. There are builders, but although you have no building skills, you are determined to proceed by D.I.Y. All your neighbors are interested in your attempts, and laugh at your continued failures. In such a situation, you relent and bring in a builder, who has the skill to finish the job. This is a fair parallel to your position, and it is not impossible to bring in a professional to complete the work.
If I put my animosity to one side, and I have a lot of that to you, I am able to see someone who may have a mental breakdown over this, because your handling has been a series of failures, and anyone has a limit as to how many failures they can take. My suggestion would be, to do a Cameron ! Let another take over control. Calling an election would not be sensible right now, and give thought to leaving the EU on WTO terms, without any payment made.

[…] One thing that Mr Davis did rule out was that any part of the United Kingdom would be treated separately, however, his elusive reply has raised the spectre of continued membership of the single market and customs union for the entire UK.
