While I have never supported the Liebour Party, as a young man in the 70s, Tony Benn was my MP. Whatever his misguided politics he was a very strong democrat, fighting tooth and nail for his constituents, whatever their views. How different to the opposition party we see today. First it was anti Jew, suppressing the freedom of speech of their own MPs, and now censoring reasonable democratic debate. Should they ever gain power, what next, maybe Comrade Corbyn will seek to remove democracy from the Mother of Parliaments. After all the majority of their MPs are remainders and supporters of the undrmocrstic EU. How long before the beurocrats decide that free speech and democracy itself is no longer needed as has happened in the past when a certain Herr Hitler msnaged to get the German people to accept the loss of the drmocratic vote, banning all other Parties, putting opposition members into concentrstion camps along with anyone he did not like.Extreme left, ectreme right, there is not difference betwen them,, they wish to run our great Nation as a dictatorship. This attack on free speech is the thin edge of a dangerous wedge, one we must fight to blunt. The loss of democracy cost millions of lives last time round, what cost this time. After the loss of the democratic chamber, it will be the Monarchy next for the chop, and that did not work to well last time we tried it. With political correctness going mad, good manners becoming a crime and all debate censored if views do not agree with a chair, that dictatorship in all but name is not to far away. UKIP has, since the Referendum, has been seeking a cause, maybe this should be the next rallying point for the UKIP Army to park our tanks around. It is a cause that will place us back on the political top table where we belong. We must take advantage of the current media scrum around our troubles to show our true patriotic colours, and come out fighting under a new dynamic Leader.

Thanks Jim. The Labour Party has well and truly lost its way these days, and what gets my goat, is that they think they are ready for Government ! So, you had Tony Benn as your MP. He was a great guy, and although I can’t begin to agree with his politics, he lived the life of his standing. He was fully committed to his view, with consistency. It is rather strange, but he would have been an MP that I would have enjoyed talking to. Not many of those today !

Why am I not surprised by this ? Labour will argue both end to the middle, and that is why they are unfit for any form of Government. They want freedom of speech, but not when it goes against what they want ! This is not just the Senedd, as we have far left Labour in Universities kicking up a fuss, when someone comes to them to give a speech, from someone that holds a contra viewpoint. Quite simply they make me sick !
Fraternal comrades, you must understand that we are all equal, but some of us are more equal than others !

    Labour is fascist.

  4. Pamela Preedy says:

Lame Labour loon hostile to facts and truth-telling – situation normal.

  5. Informed says:

Not only does Labour have its head in the sand – its got its rectum feathers parted ready… to accept the consequences of denial.

Continued denial will inevitably lead to another Rotherham!
