SAVE UKIP CAMPAIGN: David Kurten AM Appeals To “Dunkirk Spirit”
I am sure that you will have had a hard time avoiding news of the current financial distress that UKIP finds itself in. News broke a few days ago that Interim Leader Gerard Batten has written to branches asking for £100,000 which failure to raise could call into question the very existence of UKIP itself.
In response, a grassroots crowdfunding campaign has been launched to raise the necessary funds. David Kurten AM, speaking exclusively to Kipper Central, has made an appeal to “Dunkirk spirit” to save our Party:
This grassroots effort to raise money for the party is an excellent idea. UKIP fought for and won the referendum, but Brexit is under threat. We are also under attack, but let’s support this effort with our Dunkirk spirit – lots of people giving a little will save us – the People’s Army – and we’ll live to fight another day and win the battle for our freedom!
