HONOUR YOUR PLEDGE: Batten Calls On MP’s To Back Brexit And Honour The Will Of The People

Following the news that over 200 hardcore Remoaner MP’s have signed a letter demanding the government rule out a ‘No Deal’ or clean Brexit Gerard Batten MEP has called on them to honour the will of the people and stop trying to sabotage Brexit.

Mr Batten pointed out:

It is no mere coincidence that the vast majority of MPs who signed this letter are hardcore Remainers. They claim it’s about protecting jobs, but what it’s really about is stopping Brexit.

The whole point of the Referendum was to resolve an issue that the elected politicians could not or would not resolve. The people voted to leave but Parliament does not want to implement the decision.

He continued:

Members of Parliament are elected to serve the will of the people and they should honour their pledge by backing a WTO Brexit.#

Despite the machinations within the Westminster bubble, the petition to leave the EU on WTO terms passed 300,000 signatures yesterday. Once a petition passes 100,000 signatures it should be considered for a debate in Parliament.

Gerard, you have put it in good order and common sense. It is probably the common sense that is throwing this rabble. The Nation is in need of a UKIP Government, but too many folk are still held by the short and curly of fake news !

I guess the petition signed by 300,000+ won’t be debated any time soon (if at all).

-“They claim it’s about protecting jobs”

It’s only about protecting THEIR jobs. 😉

As MPs they are elected by a democratic processes. They have shown themselves to wish to benefit from this process when it suites their personal interests. But not when it does not. They ignore the democratic vote of the majority. This is unacceptable. These MPs have proven themselves to be corrupt to the core and working for the EU and globalists. They should be removed as MPs on matter of principle. They are not fit for purpose.
Any true conservative would never vote to remain in the EU in any way because of its marxist agenda. Any true labour member would never vote to remain in the EU because of its corporate globalist marxist alliance. They fail to see the EU will be the end of both their parties. It is using them for it own corrupt gain. The Tory and labour parties might as well print across their logos “Goodbye! the EU has told us we aren’t allowed to exist any more”.

Parliament, Commons and Lords, have never been so out of touch with the People. ….. News is in, of some MPs being physically challenged by protestors outside Parliament. I am against such action, but don’t these MPs understand that it is their own actions, or lack of action, that has brought this about ? All these MPs can do, is to cry off to the Police ! ….. For the first time in my life, Parliament has been found to not represent the People, and therefore why are they there ? What use are they ? By what leap of stupidity does the MSM quote that the protestors are ‘Far Right’ ? THE POLICE SHOULD TELL PARLIAMENT TO GET A GRIP ON THEMSELVES, AND TO DO THE JOB THAT THEY WERE ELECTED TO DO !
